Peggy Palmer Michelle Walthers is the current Miss Kansas and she was kind enough to pose with me. Michelle is from my district, City of Towanda, and is an accomplished artist and a delight to know. Bill Graves and I go back to the days he was only the Kansas Secretary of State and I was a Trustee at Butler Community College. 8/11/06 -- Dr Jackard is a PHD educator that has expertise in dealing with troubled children and at risk students. He spent time this week in El Dorado and he presented a seminar to the community on Tuesday night, went to a boy's home in Goddard on Thursday and Thursday night we went into the El Dorado Correctional facility and presented to the inmates and staff.
